I was able to provide my expertise in the being the glue between research, design and business for developing Brand and Marketing strategy.
The most challenging part was to translate found research insights into a successful brief for the brand guidelines.
Apart from this, I was able to contribute to a functional business model and identify new channels for revenue and outreach for identified consumer segment.
This project helped me realise the power of holistic, design-led systems thinking for developing a product.
The most fun part about this project was developing a concept video from scratch. I was able to capture the essence of the service in the video through music, visuals and story telling.
WHAT COULD IMPROVE:
Due to the shortage of time, we were able to conduct usability tests with very few people. However, in the ideal scenario, I would like to conduct more tests to gain understanding of a good sample set even from an accessibility point of view.
Additionally, conducting research on data privacy ethics would also be on my to-do list
